Gully Cricket is a fun, high-energy version of traditional cricket with simplified rules, creative boundaries, and exciting twists that keep every match unpredictable. Played in limited space, it encourages smart shot-making and teamwork, with rules like one-touch catches and unique scoring zones adding to the thrill. This event brings back the charm of street-style cricket, creating a friendly, competitive atmosphere filled with laughter, nostalgia, and nonstop action for everyone involved.

Each team must consist of the number of players fixed by the organizers, and no substitutions are allowed once the match begins. Both underarm and overarm bowling are allowed, but all deliveries must be within the designated bowling area and follow fair play rules. Match format, number of overs, and one-bounce or direct-catch rules will be announced before the game and must be followed strictly. A batsman is out if the ball hits the wicket, is caught, is run out, or dismissed as per the stated gully cricket rules. Players must stay within the marked playing area, and any form of obstruction, dangerous play, or intentional interference is prohibited. Umpire’s decisions are final; arguing, misconduct, or unsportsmanlike behavior can lead to penalties or disqualification.

Total runs scored and wickets taken during the match, effective batting, bowling, and fielding strategy with good team coordination, adherence to rules, honest decision-making, and respect for the umpire’s calls, time management including completing overs and innings within the allotted time, and sportsmanship, discipline, and fair conduct throughout the game.
