- 5 a side matches(10 minutes each) , 2 substitutes

- Start: A ball drops on the centre spot; players start from their goal lines and race to win possession.

- Player Progression: Starts 1v1, adding one player per 30 seconds until 5v5 by the 3th minute.

- Substitutions: Unlimited, flowing substitutions are allowed.

- Cards: Yellow = 1-min sin bin, Red = 3-min sin bin.

- No Draws: If tied, a unique penalty shootout from the halfway line (1v1 against goalkeeper like ice hockey) occurs.

- VAR: Teams can challenge one decision per match; if successful, they keep the option.
